Every year, as part of the initiatives for Saint Valentine, a special postal cancellation is scheduled. The initiative is made possible thanks to the support of the Southern District and the collaboration with the Philatelic Club of Terni “Achille Aromatici”.
On 14 February, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., on the churchyard of the Basilica, an official of Poste Italiane distributes the postcard with the special cancellation.
A special thanks goes to the volunteers of the philatelic association for the commitment and availability with which they make possible the continuation of an initiative particularly welcome to collectors and appreciated by visitors to the Basilica and the Festival.
